Handbooks, fees, passing scores, appointment rules, and test formats change. The official agency website always wins. The app has no sign-up and no login. Your progress lives on your device and is not backed up by us. Paid features are sold as auto-renewing in-app subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
