Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page covers the CA, NJ, NY, WA, FL and TX apps listed in our Privacy Policy and usdmv.app. We do not sell personal information for money. The free tier uses Google AdMob, whose SDK collects and shares advertising data. Advertising-related disclosures may still qualify as sale or sharing under applicable privacy laws, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
Current app controls
The apps currently have no in-app sale/sharing opt-out switch, European advertising-consent dialog, or consent-preferences screen. VIP includes weekly and monthly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, subject to store availability. Active VIP access removes in-app ads but does not disable Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics, or guarantee that all advertising SDK data processing stops. VIP is not a sale/sharing opt-out mechanism.
Device controls
Your operating system may provide advertising-ID and tracking controls. Options vary by device and system version. The apps do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. The iOS apps do not request App Tracking Transparency authorization or access IDFA. Firebase and AdMob still process the data described in our Privacy Policy. System controls do not stop all data collection by advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
This website
This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not share website data for advertising. Browser preferences, including Global Privacy Control signals on this website, do not change the apps’ SDK settings or submit an app opt-out request. The Privacy Policy describes website storage and third-party requests separately.

For questions about advertising data, contact hi@usdmv.app; FL support is fl@usdmv.app and TX support is tx@usdmv.app. We currently do not provide an email-based process to switch off SDK data sharing on an individual device or a dedicated server-data deletion request process. Saved practice records are not uploaded to our servers. Question feedback is sent only when you submit it and is stored on the server. Clearing local app data does not delete stored feedback or data already sent to SDK providers. These limitations describe the current controls and do not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
